Burnout or Boreout?

Burnout and its lesser discussed cousin, boreout, can be damaging to both your staff and your organisation. This session will enhance your understanding of both phenomenon. We will consider common causes, signs to look out for and strategies to prevent and manage associated challenges as they arise.

Leading for Wellbeing

This session will examine what research tells us about the links between leadership and wellbeing (both your own and others). It will also introduce you to some core models and principles of positive leadership to support you in leading for enhanced wellbeing, emphasising that leading for sustainable wellbeing doesn’t need to cumbersome and can, itself, be enlivening.

Engagement or Wellbeing?
