Hi, I’m Steph, founder of Well Well Well.
With 20 years of experience working in education as a teacher, holding leadership roles in both the UK and Singapore, I am well placed to understand the context and demands of working in large, high achieving educational organisations. As a department leader working within large faculties, I know the gains that can be made when teams are invigorated, generative and thriving, but I also understand the challenges that come when individuals are facing dissatisfaction and burnout.
Like many, the pandemic prompted me to engage in some self-development and what started with some simple online learning led to a Post Graduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership and a Masters level qualification in Applied Positive Psychology! It was whilst on this path that I began to think I could make a new kind of difference professionally, combining my background in psychology, teaching and leadership with my newly emerging focus on wellbeing and happiness and, after years of immersion in wellbeing literature, Well Well Well was born.
I am acutely aware of the pressures placed on teachers’ time and appreciate the importance of ensuring any professional development input is of the highest standard and capable of delivering impact. As a result, my work is entirely grounded in an empirically supported understanding of the conditions which allow individuals and teams to thrive, both in terms of personal fulfilment and professional output.
I would love to talk to you about the wellbeing priorities of your organisation and how we may be able to support you in your work, so please do reach out and connect.
