Strengths based strategic planning for teacher wellbeing 

This one day program provides an excellent first step in the development of effective, strategic and contextually relevant wellbeing interventions.

We will lead you through a facilitated and structured appreciative inquiry process, tailored to your context and focussing on your specific wellbeing needs and targets. The outcomes generated from the inquiry process will provide an abundance of ideas which can then be fed directly into school improvement planning.

This highly regarded strengths based approach to strategic planning works as an exploratory foundation for discussion groups, building on existing positives instead of attempting to change or eradicate negatives.

The inquiry process itself serves as an integral part of this positive intervention as the range of techniques and activities used harness a belief within attendees that they can be active agents for positive change.
