1-1 Coaching

Educational leaders are facing an increasing number of challenges and coaching can serve as a highly effective tool for developing leadership performance and supporting wellbeing. It provides a dedicated, supportive and structured space in which individuals can formulate their own creative solutions to whatever issues they may wish to address.

“The coaching process involves partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.”

– International Coaching Federation

Unlike mentoring, coaching does not involve imparting knowledge or expertise, instead the coach works to create an environment conducive to open reflection. Using a combination of active listening, powerful questions and, when required, challenge, individuals are able to engage in self-focussed learning and identify opportunities for their own personal and professional growth and development.

Begin with a free exploration session to discuss your needs and desired outcomes and to consider whether coaching may be a useful tool for you and/or your team.
